Improvements in Danske eBank from 25 November 2017
Dear Danske Bank customer,
We are constantly seeking for new solutions to make your daily banking easier. Therefore, we will present new features in Danske eBank after upcoming system upgrades, on 25 November 2017.
Easier log-in to Danske eBank
For your convenience, when logging in to Danske eBank from 25 November, you will not have to enter your user password. It will be enough to enter your user ID and confirm log-in with the code from code generator.
Changes in terms and conditions
Accordingly, we have made the changes in our eBank usage and servicing conditions (document available in Latvian only), that will come into force on 25 November 2017.
If you do not agree to the changes mentioned above, you have a right to terminate the eBank usage agreement. In such case, please inform us in writing before 25 November 2017. If we do not receive written notification from you, we will consider that you fully agree to the changes.
More convenient payments in Danske eBank
We will launch Single form of payment in eBank for payments between your accounts, within the bank, SEPA and international payments. The system itself will identify a type of payment. You will still be able to use your Payment Templates and Defined Payees for creating new payments.
No action needed
The amendments will come into effect automatically and no additional actions are required from customers.
Online services will be temporarily unavailable
During the weekend from the evening of 24 November until the evening of 26 November, there will be a service break in Danske eBank, in order to implement the abovementioned changes.
